The balls are those Chinese stress balls. You know the things that you rotate in the palm of your hand to relieve stress. They make a slight and gentle chime and jingle as you rotate them in your hand. Well the circling motion of the stress balls is reminiscent of the circling motion preceding most knife fights (in movies).
Besides, my penis does not have a perfect sphere at the tip. If your penis looks like the arms in my comic, like a microphone, I'd say that you have a perfect one liner to get a blow job at a bar.

I've never seen such a stress ball. The only stress balls I know of are the ones you squeeze.
As for those being "arms", I highly doubt that, sir. You see, arms have hands at the ends. Those look more like glans.
You see, I learned many years ago that hands have FINGERS. :D
